Services and dates for the fasting hiking week
May 3–9, 2026, and June 7–13, 2026
- Individual consultation before the fasting hiking week
- Guided relaxation and exercise activities (morning exercise, guided hikes, evening relaxation sessions – e.g., PMR, guided imagery, sound journeys, yoga nidra)
- Instruction on supportive treatments (e.g., colonic irrigation, liver wraps, dry brushing, alkaline foot baths)
- Sauna (from the third day of the treatment)
- Fasting meals: freshly squeezed organic juices every day and a delicious fasting broth in the evening, organic herbal teas, cell-available water, lemon wedges, honey (if required)
- Professional support throughout the fasting week
- Lectures and discussions on fasting and various nutrition topics
- Accommodation in the manor house or annex
- Personal fasting diary
